This notice is provided in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), Spanish LOPDGDD 3/2018 and LSSI-CE 34/2002 where applicable.

1. Data controller

For privacy requests, contact us preferably by email.

2. Purposes (Art. 13 GDPR)

  • Commercial enquiries and quotes — data submitted via forms or channels: name, company, email, phone, client type, volume, comments.
  • Contract performance and pre-contract steps — B2B orders, samples, logistics.
  • Marketing — only with explicit consent or another lawful basis.
  • Legal compliance — tax, accounting, invoicing.
  • Website security — anti-spam/abuse (including Google reCAPTCHA when integrated).

3. Categories of data

Provided by you: identity/contact details and commercial information (client type, volume, delivery format, comments).

Technical: IP address, browser language, user agent, server logs as needed for service delivery and security.

4. Legal bases (Art. 6(1) GDPR)

  • (b) Performance of a contract or pre-contract measures.
  • (a) Consent (marketing, non-essential cookies where applicable).
  • (f) Legitimate interests (security, anti-fraud; reCAPTCHA as described by Google).
  • (c) Legal obligation.

5. Retention

  • Enquiries and non-customer leads: up to 12 months unless a longer period is required by law.
  • Customers and fiscal/contract records: up to 5 years or as required by applicable law.

6. Recipients & transfers

Hosting & email: Proveedor de hosting en la UE / EEE (servidor web, TLS).

Google reCAPTCHA: when enabled, Google may process technical data under its policies: Google Privacy Policy. Appropriate DPAs/SCCs are used where required.

International transfers outside the EEA only with appropriate safeguards.

7. Your rights (Arts. 15–22 GDPR)

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability, and withdrawal of consent — via wateroflife70@gmail.com with proof of identity.

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Spain: AEPD — www.aepd.es.

8. Security

We use HTTPS and modern TLS (e.g. TLS 1.2/1.3 depending on hosting configuration), access controls and data minimisation.

9. Children

Services are not directed at children under 16; we do not knowingly collect children’s data.

We may update this policy; the current version is published here with the update date.
